Our process
Three stages (done properly)
Builders cleans work best when they are staged. We can do one stage or the full package - depending on where your job is at.
Rough clean (debris + safety)
We remove leftover packaging, offcuts, screws, plaster bits and heavy dust so the site is safe and ready for the detail stage.
Detailed clean (room-by-room)
We work through the whole property removing fine dust and construction residue from surfaces, fittings, frames, tracks and touch points.
Final handover clean (polish + inspection)
This is the looks brand new stage: glass polished, floors finished, final dust check, and a walkthrough-ready presentation.

A builders clean is designed to remove construction dust, residue and debris after trades have finished. It's more detailed than a regular home clean and focuses on handover-ready presentation.
When should we book the clean?
Best results come when all trades are finished and the site is ready for handover. Cleaning too early usually means rework (and extra cost).
How long does a builders clean take?
It depends on the size of the property and how much dust/residue is left behind. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when we quote.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes - we arrive fully equipped with professional tools and products. If there are any surface sensitivities (stone, specialty glass, etc.) just tell us upfront.
