We service Sunbury, Diggers Rest, Gisborne, Woodend, Kyneton, Riddles Creek, Melton, Taylors Lakes, Romsey, Bulla, and surrounding areas within a 40-minute radius of Sunbury. We’re also considering expansion across Melbourne.
What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including regular house cleans, office cleaning, end-of-lease, pre-sale and after-sale cleans, window cleaning, oven cleans, wall washing, NDIS and veteran cleaning services, and more.
Are you fully insured and registered?
Yes, we are a fully registered and insured business with $10 million in public liability and professional indemnity coverage.
How do I get a quote?
Contact us via our website, phone, email, or Facebook. We’ll discuss your needs and provide a fixed quote—no hourly dragging.
Do you provide all cleaning equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary equipment and eco-friendly cleaning supplies. Clients do not need to provide anything.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
We use a highly concentrated, pH-neutral, eco-friendly cleaning product called ‘For All’. It contains natural ingredients and is safe for your family and the environment.
Can I customize my cleaning package?
Absolutely! We tailor every service to your needs. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll create a package just for you.
How do I book a cleaning?
Contact us through our website, phone, or Facebook. We respond to new enquiries within 1 hour and can usually book you in within a week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (preferred), as well as card and cash payments.
When is payment due?
Payment is due the same day or within 24 hours for most clients. NDIS and Veterans have 7-day payment terms.
Do you offer once-off or regular cleaning?
We offer once-off, weekly, fortnightly (bi-weekly), and monthly cleaning services.
Can I request additional services like oven or window cleaning?
Yes, oven and window cleaning are our most popular add-ons. Just let us know when booking.
Do you service NDIS clients?
Yes, we support NDIS participants and work with self-managed and plan-managed clients. We invoice directly to plan managers if required.
Do you offer services for veterans?
Yes, we proudly support veterans and work with Frontline Australia. We offer tailored cleaning services for veterans and their families.
How do you ensure quality?
We work as a husband-and-wife team, double-checking each other’s work. We document service details on invoices for transparency.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you’re not happy, we’ll return and fix any issues promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book about two weeks ahead. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, we operate 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
Can I have the same cleaners every time?
Yes, you’ll always have the same team—us! We believe in consistency and building trust with our clients.
Do you offer carpet or tile cleaning?
We plan to offer carpet and tile cleaning in the future as we grow our team. Stay tuned!
How do you handle cancellations or rescheduling?
If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. We’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate you.
How do you manage privacy and security?
Your privacy is important to us. We treat every client’s home and information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Are your staff police-checked?
Yes, all staff (including future hires) must have a police check and are supervised during training.
How do you handle complaints or feedback?
We welcome feedback and are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally. Most of our feedback comes via Facebook reviews.
Do you have a referral or loyalty program?
Not at the moment, but we’re considering introducing one in the future.
What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will incure a $100 cancellation fee.
What are your COVID-19 safety practices?
We follow all recommended health and safety guidelines to protect our clients and ourselves.
Do you offer cleaning for medical practices?
We don’t currently service medical practices, but we’re open to expanding in the future.
Can you provide cleaning for offices and commercial spaces?
Yes, we offer tailored cleaning services for offices, accountant firms, lawyer offices, and more.
How do you price irregular or larger homes?
If a home is unusually large, we may charge as an extra bedroom unless the cleaning fits within a standard time frame.
Do you offer spring cleaning or post-party cleanups?
Yes, we provide deep cleaning, spring cleaning, and post-event cleaning tailored to your needs.
